MEMBER CLASSES
We are now doing free Classes for our Members.A list of these is on display in the Gym.
Classes will be for 30 minutes and will include Body Tone, Circuit, Ab Attack and Spin Fit.
Members should warm up in the Gym before the class. * Body Tone Class with Edel on Tuesday will include warm up and will run for 50 minutes.
